The famed “Tougher Seven Ways” advertisement fueled its popularity among those living in the snow, as it not only featured a Moto-Ski on a roller coaster but also navigating the rough terrain of a creek bed. Soon enough, the snowmobile was well-known for its durability and reliability. By the early 1970s, Moto-Ski was the second best-selling snowmobile brand in Canada and third in the world. Although Moto-Ski originally listed snowmobiles by engine size and year rather than model name, they eventually adopted the naming trend. Revered Moto-Ski snowmobiles include the Grand Prix, Nuvik, Super-Sonic, Spirit, and Cadet. Moto-Ski boomed in business until its doors came to a close in 1985, yet their fame in the wintry world of snowmobiles is commemorated in the make of many snowmobiles today.
